Design & Development

Phase1: Once the project is confirmed with the work order, we then develop a website design. This website design is developed keeping in mind the corporate identity of the customer. Once the design passes our expectations, we then present this skeleton to the customer to obtain their feedback. The customers feedback is then included in developing the variation of the original design. This process of feedback is continued till we reach a website design that meets the customers requirements and expectations.

Phase2: The next step of our website developers and website development process is to convert the homepage design created in the previous website development step into a working template. This includes the animation, the mouse-over and other graphical effects the homepage will have. Again the customers feedback is sorted and the changes to the website design are made till the customer is happy.

Phase3: The next step in our website development process is to start designing the internal pages, developing (designing) the database and start programming the functionality of the website (if this is a dynamic website).

On completion of the programming stage, the website is presented to the customer using our client extranet. We discuss the functionality and information that has been included in the Website development and confirm that it meets customers? requirement. Based on customers feedback, any changes are implemented.

The last (but a very integral part of our web development process) stage of the website design and website developer process is testing. The functionality and the programming code are thoroughly tested by our testers for its robustness and uniformity.

Phase4: Once the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & Browser Compatibility is done thoroughly and customer is happy on the website then approval on the customer moving the site into Live.

Phase5: Once our testers are happy, the website is implemented and made live. However, our quality process does not stop here. We then provide a 15 days warranty for any bugs or errors that may surface in our programming code.

• Ongoing support

When we provide excellence in quality, timely delivery and unparallel service, our relationship not ending launching of the website. We will be taking care of our entire customer website signing the contract with the customer for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or MMC (Monthly Maintenance Contract). Refer Website Maintenance.
